Rayagada district in Odisha. The children’s festival SURABHI at the district level took place at the Biju Patnaik Auditorium on Saturday. The inauguration ceremony was gractved by the presence of Koraput Lok Sabha MP Saptagiri Ulaka and Rayagada MLA Appalaswamy Kadraka as the chief guests. Additional District Magistrate Naveen Chandra Naik, District Education Officer Rama Chandra Nahak, ADEO Bhajanlal Majhi, Mrs Shantilata Muni, DIET Principal Jagannath Meher, and Kolnara BEO Manjulata Jena also attended as guests of honour.
Raigarh is rich in talent, and it is essential for these individuals to nurture their skills at both national and international levels, while also returning to their homeland to contribute to its development, thereby becoming assets for their community. MP Mr Ulaka served as an inspiration to all by exemplifying a successful life.
